At re:Define, our products are truly unique and innovative, and there is tremendous excitement about the results that Independent Coaches and consumers experience with our products and programs. It is important to remember, however, that marketing claims not in harmony with applicable laws could jeopardize both your and our ability to continue to successfully market these innovative products.
The claims made for a product—including those made by our Independent Coaches—must match our approved marketing materials. If they do not, they may result in regulatory issues, which could prevent us from continuing to market this product, whether it’s a personal coaching or nutritional product. We here at re:Define believe it is extremely important that all our Independent Coaches understand appropriate claims and how to truthfully and accurately promote our products and our business.
Please carefully review our company policies, which contain information regarding what to do and not to do with respect to product claims. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our marketing department for additional guidance.
re:Define Systems Refund Policy
The primary purpose of re:Define Systems and its Independent Coaches is to sell high quality products to customers. If a customer or Independent Coach desires to return a re:Define product, then the following refund policy will apply to retail customers, preferred customers and Independent Coaches. Retail Customers and Preferred Customers
If an Independent Coach’s retail customer purchases a re:Define product directly from re:Define, then unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product guarantee, re:Define will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund (less shipping costs) of the price paid for the product being returned if:
(i) the product receives an RMA Number from re:Define Customer Support within 30 days from the purchase date
(ii) regardless of whether the product has been used or is considered resalable.
(iii) The funds will be returned onto the same card the order was placed on.
(iv) The refund will be placed when the returned products have been received to our return department; funds may take 5-7 business days to show in your account once the refund has been issued by the merchant account service.
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with returning the product.
re:New Product Cancellations and Returns
Same refund policies apply as above. In order to cancel an order for immediate refund, the order must be canceled prior to the product to be shipped. Once an order leaves the warehouse and a refund is desired, the customer must receive an RMA Number and return the product to re:Define as described above. Any re:New orders may be cancelled and refunded immediately within 24 hours prior to ship date. Funds may take 5-7 business days to show in your account once the refund has been issued by the merchant account service.
Independent Coaches
re:Define will provide a Coach a refund as follows:
(a) One hundred percent (100%) of the product purchase price of the product sold by re:Define to the Independent Coach if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the Independent Coach’s own cost within thirty (30) days from the order date. Shipping costs are non refundable.
(b) Ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price of the product sold by re:Define to the Independent Coach if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the Independent Coach’s own cost within twelve (12) months from the order date. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
(c) Refunds will only be issued to the card the order was placed with. The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as a bank transfer or a credit card charge.
(d) An RMA Number must be received from Customer Service in order to return a product. Products being returned without an RMA will cause severe delays in processing.
PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Call customer service to request a refund and receive a required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. This notifies our fulfillment center of your request for a refund and enables faster processing.
2. Place products to be returned in an appropriate shipping box and deliver to your local postal service.

SECTION 4 – INFORMATION SECURITY
Our store uses WooCommerce and InfusionSoft combined. Your data is securely stored in an InfusionSoft database on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, generally that gateway stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
