My YP10 story began several years ago, actually. Only I didn’t know it at the time. When I was skinny, yes, actually skinny many years ago, I didn’t appreciate it. Through the years and 2 children, I just kept getting bigger. Each time I’d see a picture, I’d think “oh, I need to do something”. So I’d try a diet for awhile, see a few pounds come off and call it good. Then eventually I’d gain it back and get back into the same pattern with maybe a different diet. I did this for years. Yes, years! I mean everything from soup diets, to National Program diets, to the lemonade diet to military diet, etc. I tried everything and they all led me back to the same place. Not skinny. Then I tried the YP10 Program. And honestly, I went into it with the same mentality as every other plan. Except this time, my results were startling. And stunning. I lost 20 pounds and 25 inches in 30 days! I was blown away and so happy! I loved having a program that told me exactly what to eat and my favorite line “if it’s not on the list, don’t eat it”! For me, that was the key. I can follow directions when they’re spelled out so blatantly. With other diets, I lost my motivation because I didn’t see big results.

I think that’s what kept me so motivated on the YP10 program. Seeing results nearly every day! Having my clothes finally fit right, having more energy, having the BEST cholesterol that I’ve had in literally years! (yes, my doctor actually praised me!) Right after I finished the program, we went on a family cruise and I was so excited buying new clothes for the trip. Smaller clothes. Clothes I didn’t have to hide in. It was fantastic! I have so much more confidence now and I’m actually leading the community in a 10,000 steps program with a 5K Community walk in May. So many people have come up to me and told me I look fantastic and it’s a really good feeling. Many people have asked me about the program and I get so excited to tell them about it and help them get started on their journey. And I love the feeling I have when they contact me 30 days later and share their success story! It makes me so happy to think that maybe I’ve helped them break the cycle that I was in for so many years.
