Absolutely love the YP10 Program! I love how it focuses on keeping the weight off after losing. That’s the goal to lose it and keep it lost!!! My main Goal was to start my weight loss journey. I am focusing in Losing my baby weight. I gained 100 pounds so I was looking to get rid of it fast and keep it off. The YP10 system is perfect for this. Shopping in the smaller section feels amazing!!!! Health wise taking my 2 yr old son for a walk has been so much easier. Planning on doing more YP10 rounds.
