How’s your health? Do you exercise or would you rather not? Are you sick, exhausted, stressed, happy, sad? Are you taking prescription medications? Would you love to be off of them?
The answers to these questions are important for YOU to have forefront in your mind as you consider your goals and how you’d like to achieve them.Â
